Can you have 3 nozzles running from one pump as shown above?

Yes you can, but it has problems. You can use a manifold to connect all the nozzles to, but you have to take into consideration how much water each nozzle requires and use the appropriate size of pipe, then you have to have a pump that can meet the water demand of the nozzles, this is often cost prohibitive. That is why we suggest that to have multiple nozzles you have multiple pumps.

Yes, if you have the budget then you can have a large manifold and large pump as shown on our page here but most people simply do not have the money.
