The answer is A.   B is the nozzle, which people often call a fountain jet or fountain head (both are wrong) C is the riser pipe.

We should also point out the nozzle in the picture above is a komet nozzle, it could be any other nozzle, we only chose a komet as its easier to see. All of the parts are available from our components website
